Associate Dentist – Bournemouth, Dorset – Full or Part Time

MBR Dental are currently supporting an independently owned dental practice in Bournemouth, Dorset with the recruitment of an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Position Overview:

  • Available as soon as possible (notice periods considered)

  • Full or part-time opportunity, 2+ days per week

  • Surgery space Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

  • Mixed practice environment (50% NHS, 50% Private)

  • Manage a well-maintained list of NHS, FPI, and Denplan patients

  • Negotiable UDA target and value

  • Potential to transition to a fully private role

  • Clinical freedom with structured support and development for junior dentists

  • FD-approved training practice

  • Support from Dental Hygienist and Therapist

  • Recently renovated 7-surgery practice with Belmont Eurus chairs

  • Equipped with CBCT Scanner, Apex Locator, Digital X-rays, and Rotary Endodontics

  • Computerised with SOE software

  • Long-standing and stable dental team

  • Practice developing Specialist Endodontics, Periodontics, and Implant clinics

  • Free parking nearby

Requirements:

  • GDC registered

  • Active Performer Number

  • Enhanced DBS certificate required upon request
