Orthodontist (Private) – Hampshire (Winchester & Havant) | Part-Time  

MBR Dental are currently supporting a well-established dental group in Hampshire to recruit an Orthodontist to join their team on a permanent basis, working across practices in Winchester and Havant.

About the Role

  • Permanent position
  • Available ASAP (notice periods considered)
  • Part-time: 4 days per month (2 days per site)
  • Flexible working hours (Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00)
  • Manage an existing list of private orthodontic referrals
  • 50/50 split on private fees and lab costs
  • Opportunity to grow private orthodontic income

About the Practices

  • 2 well-established practices with 16 surgeries in total
  • Large, stable patient base of 30,000+ registered patients
  • Fully digital and modern environment including:
    • SOE software
    • Digital X-rays
    • CBCT scanner
    • Intra-oral cameras
    • Rotary endodontics
  • Dedicated dental hygiene support
  • Experienced and supportive clinical team
  • On-site parking available

About You

  • GDC registered Orthodontist
  • Valid DBS check
  • Confident managing private orthodontic cases
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
