MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice in Radstock, Somerset to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Dentist seeking a flexible role within an established practice, offering negotiable UDA rates, strong private earning potential and a supportive clinical environment.

 Position Details

  • Available as soon as possible, with notice periods considered
  • Full or part-time opportunity
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Flexible UDA allocation
  • UDA value negotiable
  • Established NHS and private patient lists
  • Strong opportunity to develop private earnings alongside NHS dentistry
  • Co-funding available for postgraduate courses
  • Monthly pay
  • 4-month notice period
  • Typical NHS Dentist earnings of £50,000–£140,000 FTE, plus private earnings
