Private Dentist / Cirencester, Gloucestershire / Part Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Cirencester, Gloucestershire to recruit a Private Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details:

  • Independently owned practice.
  • Flexible start date.
  • Notice periods are taken into consideration.
  • Dentist required, 2.5 days per week.
  • Practice can be flexible on days; however the ideal candidate will offer 1 x Saturday per month.
  • Working hours to be discussed.
  • Option to increase days as demand dictates.
  • Position is available due to a clinician reducing their days.

Remuneration & Earnings:

  • Dentist will inherit an established list of Private patients.
  • Clinician will be required to provide General Dentistry and Short-Term Orthodontics.
  • High end practice with premium Private fees for patients.
  • Practice offers a sliding scale on remuneration starting from 40% and increasing to 45% after a certain threshold.
  • 50/50 split on lab bills.
  • Opportunity to grow the list further as the practice heavily invests in marketing, creating a steady supply of new patients.
  • Estimated pre-tax earnings of £250,000 per year, based on 4 days per week (earnings would be adjusted to reflect the agreed days).

  • Access to iTero Lumina Scanner, CBCT Scanner, and WaveOne Rotary Endo.
  • Flexibility over material choices.
  • Practice has an excellent reputation with a very high Google Review score.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Invisalign accredited.
  • Able to offer one Saturday per month.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in a high grossing Private role.
  • Qualifications in Clear Aligners.
  • 4+ years post graduate experience.
  • GDC Registration.
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate.
