Private Associate Dentist – Evesham, Worcestershire- Tues to Fri  

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Evesham, Worcestershire who are looking to recruit a Private Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details:

  • Independent practice.
  • Available from January 2027.
  • Part-time opportunity, 4 days per week.
  • Surgery space Tuesday – Thursday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm and Friday 9.00 am to 2.00 pm
  • Permanent Associate Dentist role.

Remuneration & Earnings:

  • Established list of Private adults plus children’s NHS.
  • Opportunity to offer Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry alongside General Dentistry.
  • Practice can offer 45% split on Private work plus £13 per UDA for children`s NHS.
  • Projected earnings of £120,000+ per annum.
  • 50/50 split on lab bills.
  • Opportunity to grow list further by accepting new Private patients.
  • Plenty of opportunity to offer more advanced treatments.

Practice Overview:

  • 8 surgery dental practice.
  • Computerised with R4.
  • Digital X-rays, OPG, and iTero Scanner.
  • Dentist will work in a air-conditioned surgery.
  • Support from Treatment Coordinators and Hygienist to maximise clinical time.
  • Practice offers General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants and Orthodontics.
  • Position would an Associate Dentist looking to commit on a long-term permanent basis.

Location & Travel:

  • High street location with heavy footfall.
  • Commutable by car from Birmingham, Badsey, Broadway, Pershore, Bidford-on-Avon, Chipping Campden, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Redditch.
  • 10-minute walk from train station.
  • Direct trains from Worcester Parkway, Honeybourne & Pershore.

Essential Criteria:

  • GDC Registered Dentist
  • Active Performer Number
  • 2+ years postgraduate experience.
  • Able to offer Tues to Fri.
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate.
