Associate Dentist – Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire

MBR Dental are currently assisting a group of dental practices located in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire looking to recruit a Private Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details:

  • Position available from September 2026.
  • Notice periods are taken into consideration.
  • Part-time opportunity, 3-4 days per week.
  • Surgery space Monday – Wednesday with an optional Thursday or Friday.
  • Working hours 8.30am-5.30pm.
  • Vacancy is available due to an outgoing clinician.
  • Permanent Associate role (self-employed).
  • Practice belongs to an independently owned dental group.

Remuneration & Earnings:

  • Dentist will inherit an established list of mainly Private.
  • Proven earnings of £12,000-£13,000 per month.
  • Mixture of Denplan and Fee Per Item.
  • 450 under 26 NHS patients.
  • Associates will have full clinical freedom over diaries and materials.

Practice Overview:

  • Modern well equipped working environment.
  • Recently refurbished 7 surgery dental practice.
  • Computerised (SOE) inc Clinipads plus iTero Scanner, CBCT Scanner, Rotary Endo and Digital Radiographs.
  • Practice offers a mixture of NHS Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry.

Location & Travel:

  • Practice is in a residential area.
  • Onsite parking is available.
  • Commutable by car from Bridge of Don, Danestone, Dyce, Bucksburn, Westhill, Kingswells, Balmedie, Newmachar, Portlethen, and Cove Bay.
  • 10-minute drive/bus journey from train station.

Essential Requirements:

  • GDC Registered Dentist
  • 4-5 years post graduate experience (NHS or Private).
  • Disclosure certificate.
