Locum Dentist / Peterlee, County Durham / Part Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Peterlee, County Durham to recruit a Locum Dentist to join their team on a temporary basis.

 Vacancy Details:

  • Available as soon as possible.
  • Ongoing till permanent Dentist is recruited.
  • Practice will consider Dentists on a Locum to Permanent basis.
  • Part-time opportunity, 2-3 days per week.
  • Flexible surgery space Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays 8.15am-5.15pm.
  • Temporary Locum role (1 week notice period).

Remuneration:

  • Practice can offer circa £450 per day or £per UDA– Rates are discussed at interview and are dependent on experience and performance levels.
  • Excellent opportunity to offer Private alongside NHS – paid at a 50% split.
  • 50% split on lab bills for NHS and Private .
  • Locum will be paid monthly.

Practice Overview:

  • 5 surgery practice offering General Dentistry, Implants and Whitening.
  • Recently modernised with Digital X-ray, Rotary Endo, OPG and new chair.
  • All surgeries are air conditioned with windows, decontamination rooms.
  • Dentist will the support of a longstanding practice Manager, Qualified Nurses, Hygienist and Therapist.
  • Free parking is available nearby the practice.
  • Train station is a 20-minute walk from practice.

 Essential Requirements:

  • GDC Registered Dentist
  • Active Performer Number
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate.
