Locum Dentist – Bridport, Dorset – Part Time

MBR Dental are assisting a dental practice in Bridport, Dorset to recruit a Locum Dentist on a temporary basis, covering until a permanent dentist is recruited.

Vacancy Details:

  • Available as soon as possible.
  • Ongoing till further notice.
  • Opportunity to progress into permanent role.
  • Part-time role, 2–5 days per week
  • Surgery space Monday– Friday 8:45am–5:30pm.
  • Temporary locum role with a 1-2 week notice period.

Earnings & Remuneration:

  • Practice can offer £450 per day or £per UDA, if preferred.
  • 50% split on Private revenue, in addition to day rate.
  • 50/50 split on lab bills.
  • Mainly NHS role with the option to upsell Private to NHS patients.
  • Dentist will be paid on a monthly basis.

Practice Overview:

  • 6-surgery dental practice.
  • Team of experienced Dentists already situ.
  • Support from a Hygienist.
  • Fully computerised with R4 software.
  • Digital X-Rays and Rotary Endodontics
  • Dentist will work in a spacious surgery with plenty of natural light
  • Services include Implants, Orthodontics, and Cosmetic Dentistry

Location & Travel:

  • Free onsite parking
  • Under a 30-minute drive from West Bay, Beaminster, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Maiden Newton, Crewkerne, Axminster, Chard and Dorchester.

Essential Requirements:

  • GDC registration
  • Active Performer Number
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate
