Lead Dentist / Street, Somerset / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Street, Somerset to recruit an Lead Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

  • Available immediately.
  • Notice periods are taken into consideration.
  • Full time opportunity.
  • Surgery space Monday to Friday.
  • Up to £20,000 joining bonus.
  • Enhanced UDA rate plus 50% Private.
  • Incentive scheme allowing for up to 65% of Private revenue.
  • Average Private earnings of £10,000+ .
  • Dentist will be required to manage a mixed list.
  • In addition Lead Dentist will be expected to support other clinicians at the practice, ensure quality is being delivered, assist clinical advisors, and manage KPIs.
  • Optional co-funding on postgraduate training.
  • Dentist will benefit from full clinical freedom.
  • 3 surgery mixed practice.
  • Computerised (SOE) with Digital X-Rays.

All dentists must be GDC registered, have an active performer number and a valid DBS check.
