Lead Associate Dentist / Burnham On Sea, Somerset / Full or Part Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Burnham On Sea, Somerset to recruit a Lead Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis .

  • Available as soon as possible.
  • Notice periods considered.
  • Full time or part time opportunity.
  • Up to £20,000 joining bonus.
  • Enhanced UDA rate plus 50% Private.
  • Incentive scheme allowing for up to 65% of Private revenue.
  • Dentist will be required to manage a mixed list.
  • In addition Lead Dentist will be expected to support other clinicians at the practice, ensure quality is being delivered, support clinical advisors, and manage KPIs.
  • Optional co-funding on postgraduate training.
  • Dentist will benefit from full clinical freedom.
  • Established NHS/private patient lists.
  • 3 surgery modern practice.
  • Computerised (SOE), digital x-rays, endo.
  • Successful candidate will have support of experienced Associates, Hygienists and support staff.
  • Parking is available near the practice.

Dentist must be GDC registered and have an active performer number. An Enhanced DBS Certificate will be required on request.
