Lead Dental Nurse – Kingston-Upon-Hull, East Yorkshire (Full or Part Time)

MBR Dental are delighted to be supporting a friendly, independent dental practice in Kingston-Upon-Hull as they look to welcome a Lead Dental Nurse to their team on a permanent basis.

  • Flexible working options – full time or part time (3–5 days per week)
  • Monday to Friday schedule, with hours to be discussed
  • Competitive pay from £14 per hour, depending on experience

About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership position within a supportive and well-established mixed practice. You’ll play a key role in helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while supporting and mentoring fellow nurses.

Your duties will include:

  • Chairside assistance and delivering excellent patient care
  • Supporting infection control and decontamination processes
  • Maintaining and preparing equipment
  • Leading and mentoring the nursing team
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC standards
  • Managing stock and working closely with the Practice Manager

  • Offers a wide range of treatments including general dentistry, implants, orthodontics, and facial aesthetics
  • Modern, computerised 3-surgery practice (SFD)
  • Opportunity to develop an interest in Biomimetic Dentistry

What we’re looking for:

  • GDC registered Dental Nurse with a valid DBS
  • Minimum of 2 years’ dental nursing experience
  • A positive attitude and a passion for patient care and team leadership
