Associate Dentist – Blandford Forum, Dorset

Full or Part Time | Permanent Position

MBR Dental are currently assisting a well-established dental practice in Blandford Forum, Dorset with the recruitment of an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

  • Available ASAP (notice periods considered)

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available

  • Flexible days and working hours to suit your schedule

  • Surgery space Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

  • Optional Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm

Earning Potential:

  • Exceptional NHS earning potential of £100,000+ per annum

  • Additional private earning potential of £40,000+

  • Up to £20,000 joining bonus (terms apply)
  • Flexible UDA target of up to 7,500 UDAs

  • Competitive UDA rate of £13–£14

  • Established, stable patient list from day one

  • Opportunity to become a Dental Mentor with additional income of £500 per month

Practice Overview:

  • Digital X-rays and computerised systems (R4)

  • Mixed patient base: NHS, Plan and FPI

  • Support from a dedicated Hygienist and Therapist

  • Skilled, supportive clinical team

  • Treatments include implants and short-term orthodontics

  • Onsite parking available

  • Easily commutable from Bournemouth and Poole

Requirements:

  • GDC registered

  • Valid DBS certificate

  • Active Performer Number
