Dental Practice Manager | Warrington, Cheshire | Full Time

MBR Dental is delighted to be supporting a friendly, well-established dental practice in Warrington, Cheshire, with the recruitment of an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role:

Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.

One weekend per month on-call required.

Available to start as soon as possible, although notice periods will be considered.

Salary from £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Bonus scheme available.

Fully funded CPD.

Enhanced holiday entitlement of 5 weeks plus bank holidays.

About you:

We’re looking for an experienced dental Practice Manager with at least 2 years’ experience in the UK, along with a strong dental background.

You’ll be a confident and approachable leader who enjoys working as part of a team. You’ll be comfortable mentoring and developing colleagues, while helping the practice meet and exceed its targets.

Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the marketing and growth of the practice.

Monitoring and responding to patient feedback.

Staff management, development and mentoring.

Ensuring practice compliance is maintained.

Managing KPIs and practice budgets.

Supporting the commercial performance and continued success of the practice.

Modern 5-surgery, computerised Dentally practice, with iPads in every surgery.

Offers a range of services including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implants, facial aesthetics and Invisalign.

Part of a small, family-run group of practices, offering a welcoming and supportive working environment.

Car parking available.
