Lead Dental Nurse – Boston, Lincolnshire (Full Time)
MBR Dental are delighted to be supporting a fully private dental practice in Boston, Lincolnshire in their search for a Lead Dental Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.

What’s on offer:
- Start date available as soon as possible (notice periods considered)
- Full-time role – 38.75 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:15pm
- Competitive hourly rate of £14–£15, depending on experience

About the role:
As Lead Dental Nurse, you’ll play an important role in supporting both patients and the wider team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing chairside assistance and excellent patient care
- Supporting infection control and decontamination procedures
- Maintaining equipment and clinical standards
- Leading and mentoring fellow nurses
- Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements
- Managing stock and working closely with the Practice Manager to keep everything running smoothly
About the practice:
- Independent, fully private practice
- Modern, 2-surgery clinic using Carestream Sensei software
- Offers a wide range of treatments including general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, implants, facial aesthetics, and sedation
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Dental Nurse
- GDC registered with a valid DBS
- A positive, team-focused attitude with strong leadership skills
