Associate Dentist – Inverness, Scotland

MBR Dental are assisting a group of dental practices in Inverness, Scotland to recruit Associate Dentists on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details 

  • Available as soon as possible (notice periods considered)
  • Full-time or part-time role, 5 days per week
  • Surgery hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
  • Position belongs to an independently owned dental group.

Remuneration & Benefits: 

  • Working with an established patient list transfer
  • 45–50% split on fees achieved
  • Minimum guaranteed earnings of £110,000 for the first two years (pro-rata)
  • £25,000 relocation allowance
  • £15,000 contribution towards Masters qualification
  • Full clinical freedom over diaries and materials
  • Mentorship and shadowing opportunities in Implants, Invisalign, Cosmetic Dentistry, Facial Aesthetics, and Endodontics from industry experts across the group
  • Access to annual CPD events plus Dental Tubules CPD membership

Practice Overview:

  • 3 surgery dental practice.
  • Computerised with SOE Software.
  • Clinipads, Rotary Endo and Digital X-Rays in surgeries.
  • Onsite iTero Scanner
  • Situated in a residential area with onsite parking

Requirements:

  • GDC registration
  • Active List Number
  • Disclosure Certificate
