Associate Dentist / Winton, Dorset / Part Time
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Winton, Bournemouth, Dorset to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Position Details:
- Available as soon as possible.
- Notice periods taken into consideration.
- Part-time opportunity, 2 days per week.
- Surgery space Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.
- Opportunity to start on a locum basis initially if preferred.
- Permanent Associate Dentist role with a 4-month notice period.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Negotiable UDA target at £14.00 per UDA.
- 50% Private fee split.
- Option to offer Fee Per Item Private and Plan alongside NHS.
- 50/50 split on lab bills.
- Typical earnings of £35,000-£65,000 per year depending on performance levels and Private skillset (based on 2 days per week).
- Dentist will be paid at monthly intervals.
Practice Details:
- Modern, advanced 6 surgery practice.
- Team of experience clinicians already in situ.
- Computerised with R4.
- Onsite Intra Oral Cameras and OPG.
- Digital X-rays and Rotary Endo in surgeries.

- Free parking nearby.
- Under a 30–40-minute drive from Winton, Moordown, Charminster, Bournemouth town centre, Queens Park, Southbourne, Boscombe, Parkstone and Poole town centre.
Requirements:
- GDC registered Dentist.
- Active performer number.
- Enhanced DBS check.
