Associate Dentist – Uckfield, East Sussex
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Uckfield, East Sussex to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Position Details:
- Available immediately.
- Notice periods taken into consideration.
- Part-time opportunity, 3 days per week.
- Surgery space Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8.30-5.00.
- Permanent Associate role with a 3-month notice period.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Up to 4000 UDAs available.
- Negotiable UDA rate (depending on experience).
- Excellent private earning potential.
- Private income paid at 45% split.
- Typical earnings of £55,000-£90,000 per year (based on 3 days per week).
- Established patient lists.
- Practice is circa 30% Private and 70% NHS.
- Onsite Treatment Co-ordinator.
- Dentist will be paid at monthly intervals.

Location & Travel:
- Free onsite parking.
- Easily commutable by car from Haywards Heath, Lewes, Crowborough, Tunbridge Wells, Hailsham, Eastbourne, Burgess Hill and Crawley (typically within 45 minutes).
- 10–15 minutes’ walk from train station with direct trains from Buxted, Crowborough, and Eridge.
- Under 1 hours drive from Gatwick Airport.
Essential Requirements:
- GDC Registered Dentist.
- Active NHS Performer Number.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate.
