MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice in Swansea, South Wales, to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a General Dentist seeking a flexible role within an established practice, offering an existing patient list, modern digital technology, clinical autonomy and opportunities to develop private income.
Position Details
- Available immediately, with notice periods considered
- Full or part-time opportunity
- Surgery space available Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
- Days and hours to be discussed
- Self-employed Associate Dentist position
- Established patient list
- Mixed NHS and private dentistry
- Typical NHS Dentist earnings of £50,000–£140,000 FTE, plus private earnings
- Co-funding available for postgraduate courses

- Experienced Practice Manager with 42 years of clinical experience
