Associate Dentist / Ryde, Isle of Wight

* Up to £30,000 joining bonus (terms apply)
* £18+ per UDA
* £500 per month mentoring fee x 2

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Ryde, Isle of Wight to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

  • Up to £30,000 joining bonus in 3 tranches (subject to T&Cs)
  • Available from October 2025.
  • Full time opportunity.
  • Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
  • Practice are looking for an Associate Dentist who is able to mentor.
  • Ideally the dentist will offer additional skill sets including Implants, Invisalign.
  • Flexible UDA allocation.
  • £18+ per UDA depending on experience.
  • £500 per mentee per month (mentoring 2 mentees).
  • Dentist will be working with an extensive patient list.
  • Modern, purpose built practice.
  • Computerised (SOE) / Digital X-Rays / Rotary Endo / Intra Oral camera.
  • Dental Hygienist support.
  • NHS and Private dentistry experience required.

All dentists must have GDC registration, an active performer number and a valid DBS check.
