Associate Dentist – Rugeley, Staffordshire

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Rugeley, Staffordshire to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Position Details:

  • Available as soon as possible.
  • Notice periods are taken into consideration.
  • Part-time opportunity, 3 days per week.
  • Surgery space on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9-5.30pm.
  • Practice may be flexible on days and working hours.
  • Permanent position with a 4-month notice period.

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Negotiable UDA target at up to £15.00 per UDA.
  • 50% split on Private work completed.
  • High demand for Private treatment.
  • Demand for restorative dentistry, Implants, Endo, Clear Aligners and Facial Aesthetics treatments.
  • Support from an experienced Treatment Coordinator.
  • Access to in-house training & development.
  • Typical earnings of £60,000-£100,000 (based on 3 days per week).

Practice Details:

  • 4 surgery dental practice.
  • 6 Dentists, Hygienist and Therapist already in situ.
  • Computerised with R4 Software.
  • Digital X-Rays and Rotary Endo in surgeries.
  • Access to CBCT scanner.

Location & Travel:

  • Town Centre location.
  • Free parking available.
  • Easily commutable by car from Birmingham. Lichfield and Stafford.
  • 10–15-minute walk to train station.
  • Direct trains from Rugeley Trent Valley, Hednesford, Cannock, Landywood, Bloxwich, Walsall, Tame Bridge Parkway, Hamstead, & Birmingham New Street.

Requirements:

  • GDC registration.
  • Active performer number
  • Valid DBS check
