Associate Dentist – Queensferry, Deeside, North Wales 

MBR Dental are currently assisting an established dental practice in Queensferry, Deeside, North Wales, to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an opportunity to join a spacious, established mixed dental practice, providing both NHS and private dentistry. The role offers an established patient base, private earning potential and opportunities for career development and further training.

 Position Details

  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Contract: Permanent Associate Dentist
  • Working pattern: Full time, with part time considered
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
  • Workload: NHS and private dentistry
  • Patient list: Established patient base
  • Private earnings: 50% split on all private work undertaken
  • Payment: Monthly
  • Notice period: 4 months, with existing notice periods taken into consideration
  • Career development and training opportunities available

 Earning Potential

  • Typical NHS Dentist earnings range from £50,000 to £140,000 FTE, plus private earnings.
  • 50% private fee split, offering additional earning potential alongside NHS dentistry.
