Associate Dentist – Poole, Dorset

MBR Dental are assisting a dental practice in Poole, Dorset to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details:

  • Available as soon as possible.
  • Notice periods are considered.
  • Part-time role with flexible days.
  • Surgery space  Monday and Wednesday 2:00pm–8:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-6pm, optional Saturday 9:00am–2:00pm
  • Permanent Associate Dentist role (self-employed).

Remuneration & Earnings:

  • Mixed NHS, Plan & Private practice
  • Negotiable NHS target at £15.00 per UDA
  • 50% split on private work completed
  • 50/50 split on lab bills for NHS & Private
  • Support from a Treatment Coordinator to drive private income
  • Access to in-house training and development opportunities
  • Average earnings of £40,000-£130,000 per year depending on days worked and scope of treatment.

Practice Overview:

  • 11-surgery dental practice with 13 Dentists in situ
  • Fully computerised with CBCT Scanner, Intraoral Cameras, Digital X-Rays, and Rotary Endodontics
  • Treatments include General Dentistry, Short-Term Orthodontics, and Private Endodontics
  • Access to Treatment Coordinator, Hygienists, and Therapist
  • Situated within a 10-minute walk from the train station
  • Free car parking available

Requirements:

  • GDC registration
  • Active Performer Number
  • Recent DBS certificate (required on request)
