Associate Dentist – Plymouth, Devon
Full or Part Time | 2–5 Days per Week | £15 per UDA + 45% Private
MBR Dental is currently assisting an independently owned dental practice in Plymouth, Devon, with the recruitment of an Associate Dentist to join their established and supportive team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for clinical freedom, a well-established patient base, and the opportunity to develop their private dentistry.
The Opportunity
- Full or part-time position – 2–5 days per week
- Up to 5,000 UDAs available
- £15 per UDA
- 45% private fee split
- Monthly pay
- Surgery space available Monday to Friday
- Working hours to be discussed and agreed
- £20,000 relocation package available for dentists undertaking 5,000+ UDAs***
- Well-established patient list
- Excellent potential to grow and develop private dentistry
- Full clinical freedom
- Immediate start available, with notice periods considered
- Typical NHS earnings from £70k – £140k per annum (FTE)

- Access to CBCT and OPG

About You
The practice is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist who is keen to become part of a supportive team.
- GDC registration is essential
- Active NHS Performer Number required
- Postgraduate qualifications are preferred but not essential
