Associate Dentist – Neath, South Wales | Full or Part Time | NHS & Private

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice in Neath, South Wales, to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a General Dentist seeking a flexible role within an established mixed NHS and private practice, offering an existing patient list, clinical autonomy, postgraduate development opportunities and access to a large clinical support network.

 Position Details

  • Available as soon as possible, with notice periods considered
  • Full or part-time opportunity, up to 5 days per week
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
  • Self-employed Associate Dentist position
  • Mixed NHS and private dentistry
  • Established patient list
  • Remuneration to be discussed, with earnings of up to 50% of contract value, depending on experience
  • Typical NHS Dentist earnings of £50,000–£140,000 FTE, plus private earnings
  • Dedicated Clinical Lead on site
  • Clinical autonomy and access to peer support
  • Co-funding available for postgraduate courses

  • Spacious 8-surgery practice in a converted house, combining modern facilities with a welcoming atmosphere
  • Large clinical team with 15 clinicians

  • Experienced Practice Manager with a clinical background and 12 years’ experience
  • Excellent nursing support, with 8 qualified Dental Nurses
  • On-site hygiene and therapy provision, including 2 Hygienists and 2 Therapists
  • Wide range of treatments, including general and private dentistry, Invisalign, orthodontics, implants and cosmetic dentistry
  • On-site laboratory facilities
  • Modern detached building with air conditioning and plenty of natural light

 Requirements

  • GDC and HIW registered Dentist
  • Active NHS Performer Number
  • Enhanced DBS certificate
