Associate Dentist – Matlock, Derbyshire | Full or Part Time | Private Potential
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice in Matlock, Derbyshire, to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.
This opportunity offers flexible working arrangements, an established patient list, clinical freedom and the potential to develop private earnings.
Position Details
- Start date: As soon as possible with notice periods considered
- Contract: Permanent, self-employed Associate Dentist
- Working pattern: Full or part time, 2–5 days per week
- Surgery hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
- UDA allocation: Flexible
- UDA rate: Negotiable, depending on experience
- Private earnings: 50% split
- Patient list: Established and maintained
- Clinical autonomy: Full clinical freedom
- Notice period: 4 months
- Payment: Monthly
Earning Potential and Incentives
- Typical NHS Dentist earnings range from £50,000 to £140,000 FTE, plus private earnings.
- Joining incentives may be available to suit the successful candidate.
- Potential support with postgraduate course co-funding.
- Joining bonuses may be available.
Earnings and incentives are subject to the practice’s terms and individual arrangements.
