Associate Dentist – East Grinstead, West Sussex

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice in East Grinstead, West Sussex to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Position Details

  • Available from January 2027.
  • Full or part-time opportunity
  • Surgery space on Tuesday and Wednesday 8.30am-5pm, Thursday 8.30am/9am to 7pm and Friday 8.30am-5pm.
  • Possible additional Mondays available 2.30pm-7pm for private only.
  • General Dentist required on a self employed basis.
  • Mixed NHS and private role.
  • Opportunity to build private treatments alongside an established NHS patient base

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Up to 4000 UDAs available
  • Typical NHS earnings range from £50,000–£140,000 FTE, plus additional private income
  • 45% split on private revenue
  • Dentist will be working with an established patient list

Requirements:

  • GDC registered Dentist
