Associate Dentist – Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Cheltenham (GL52), Gloucestershire to recruit an Associate Dentist join their team on a permanent basis.
Position Details:
- Available as soon as possible.
- Notice periods are taken into consideration.
- Full or part-time opportunity, 2-5 days per week.
- Surgery space Mon to Fri 8.30-5.30pm.
- Optional evenings and Saturday mornings available.
- General Dentist required on a self-employed basis.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Negotiable UDA target & rate.
- Strong private earning potential.
- Private income paid at 50% split.
- Dentist will be working with an established patient list.
- Clinical freedom.
- Co-funding on post graduate courses.
- Opportunities to progress into Specialist and Lead Dentist roles.
- Typical earnings for an NHS Dentist range from £50,000 to £140,000+ depending on the number of days worked, UDA target and Private skillset.
Practice Details:
- 4 surgery dental practice.
- 4 x Dentists already in situ plus clinical support from a Hygienists, Therapists and experienced Nurses.
- Prime High Street location with excellent footfall.
- Computerised with Digital X-rays, and Rotary Endo.
- Practice provides implants, tooth whitening and hygiene services.
- Dentist will have support from experienced Dental Nurses and Practice Manager.
Location & Travel:
- Less than an 40-minute drive from Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Bishop’s Cleeve, Prestbury, Winchcombe, Charlton Kings, Gotherington, Brockworth, Stroud, Stonehouse & Evesham.
- 20 minute walk from train station plus direct bus links.

Requirements:
- GDC registration.
- Active performer number
- Valid DBS check.
