Associate Dentist – Bournemouth, Dorset
MBR Dental are supporting an independent dental practice in Bournemouth (BH11), Dorset with the recruitment of an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Vacancy Details:
- Available as soon as possible.
- Notice periods are considered.
- Full or part time position, up to 5 days per week.
- Surgery space Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.
- Permanent Associate Dentist role (self-employed).
- PLVE and Sponsorship available
- Independently owned practice.
Remuneration:
- Mixed NHS & Private role
- Flexible UDA target based on experience
- Private income paid at 55% split
- Established patient list provided
- Average earnings of £40,000-£160,000 per year depending on the amount of days worked and scope of treatment.
- Assistance with accommodation available.
- Paid CPD hours and indemnity.
Practice Overview:
- 3-surgery independent dental practice.
- Computerised systems with digital X-rays and rotary endodontics.
- Support from an on-site Principal Dentist and qualified support staff.
- Awarded a Certificate of Best Practice.

- Commutable from Poole, Christchurch, Wimborne, and Southampton.
Requirements:
- GDC registration
- Active Performer Number
- Enhanced DBS certificate (required on request)
